US Water Systems - Water Testing by Professional Lab With 113 Contaminants with Bacteria
For US Water Systems clients only.
Recommended by SimpleLab™ for thorough water quality testing in any home, building, or facility served by a private well or spring that is treated and/or located near agricultural, industrial, and/or oil and gas activity.
This SimpleLab test package, endorsed by the US Water Systems Council, provides all required materials to properly collect and submit a water sample for certified laboratory testing. The results will include detailed analysis of common water health concerns related to natural water chemistry, nearby human activity, and on-premise plumbing. Testing is specialized to address contaminants such as heavy metals, minerals, bacteria, hardness, silica, PLUS volatile organic compounds related to human/industrial activity(treatment, industrial waste, agriculture, and more).
Lab testing includes: Heavy metals, minerals, general chemistry, silica, coliform and E. coli, trihalomethanes, disinfection byproducts, volatile organic compounds.
Report analysis includes: Health hazards, plumbing risks, taste, odor, and appearance issues.

When testing is complete, you will receive a Tap Score Water Quality Report including a comprehensive analysis of all test results, health impacts, treatment options, and household water appliance risks. If all you want is the raw result data, we can do that too. This mini-tour highlights some of what makes Tap Score unique.
Understand the meaning of your results in one quick glance. Can you rest easy or is there something to be concerned about?
The report summarizes the most trustworthy research available on the potential health effects of each contaminant detected.
What's that smell?
The potential sources of any strange tastes, colors, or smells in your water are also analyzed.
Who is this for?▾
This package is designed for customers who:
- Are served by a private or shared well.
- Have a septic tank near the well or other source of potential bacterial contamination
- Are concerned about runoff from agricultural activity.
- Have young children or other vulnerable individuals in their home.
- Are treating their own well water.
- Are concerned about contamination from oil and gas operations.
How it works▾
Testing packages include sterilized water sampling vial(s), cold pack (where applicable), return shipping, testing instructions, sample information card, and padding for the contents.
