Shipping with Tap Score

 

Tap Score packages are shipped from our distribution center in Berkeley, California. Our team fulfills and ships orders Monday through Friday.

All orders are shipped via FedEx. 

All packages include a free shipping option. However, you do also have the option to upgrade to faster options. As you complete the checkout process, you will have the ability to select the preferred shipping speed (to you and to the laboratory) for your order. 

A few important things to note:  

  • Most orders ship out within 36 hours after the order is placed even with the free shipping option. 
  • Some testing packages include overnight return shipping to the lab by default. Be sure to check the product page to see if that is already included. 
  • If you are on a tight timeline, we suggest you contact our team (hello@gosimplelab.com) before you complete your order to ensure we are able to meet your needs. 

Shipping Methods

STANDARD (BOTH WAYS)

This free shipping option ships via FedEx and is typically fulfilled within 36 hours after you place your order. Orders generally arrive within about 2-4 business days from when the order is shipped.

STANDARD | OVERNIGHT RETURN

Some products are eligible to be upgraded to overnight FedEx return to the laboratory. With this option, orders are shipped to you via FedEx and include a FedEx Overnight return label to the lab.

Note: Some orders include overnight FedEx shipping by default. You can check on the product page or contact customer support (hello@gosimplelab.com) if you have questions.

OVERNIGHT (BOTH WAYS) 

Some products are eligible to be upgraded to overnight FedEx both to you and back to the laboratory. With this option, orders will be shipped to you via FedEx Overnight and include a FedEx Overnight return label as well.

Important: Overnight orders are only processed Monday - Friday. Overnight orders placed on the weekend will ship out the next business day.

Any Overnight (Both Ways) order must be placed BEFORE 2:00 pm PST to ensure it ships out the same day. Any orders placed AFTER 2 pm PST may ship out the next business day.

Note: Some delivery locations do not receive Saturday delivery via FedEx.

Custom Shipping

Not seeing a shipping option that works for you? If you want to discuss a custom shipping option, please reach out to our team on live chat or email at hello@gosimplelab.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

International Shipping

We can ship internationally, however, we are not able to provide free shipping like we can for US domestic orders. Additionally, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels back to the laboratory. We will provide instructions about how and where to return the package to the laboratory for testing.  

Shipping FAQs

I already placed my order but I want to make a change! 

Please reach out to us ASAP on live chat or email at hello@gosimplelab.com if you need to make an adjustment to your shipping address or shipping speed. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can make the requested changes. 

How do I track my order? 

You can find tracking information for your order once you create a SimpleLab Account.

Be sure to use the same email address that you used at checkout to create your Account.

We will also send you a Welcome Email shortly after purchase which includes a link to access your shipping information. This information can take up to 24 hours to update. The email will come from our SimpleLab Admin email (simplelab@gosimplelab.com). Make sure to check your spam filter if you are unable to locate that email.  

My order did not arrive. What should I do? 

Please check with neighbors to ensure your order was not delivered to the wrong address. You can also access the tracking directly from the shipping carrier via your SimpleLab account. The carrier tracking tools can sometimes take some time to update so make sure to give it 24 to 48 hours to update.

How do I return my kit to the laboratory? 

Each package comes with a prepaid return shipping label back to the testing facility. Simply peel the back of the sticker for the label and attach it to your package, ensuring that any old shipping label is covered, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. No need to wait in line, you can just drop it off. 

If your package has multiple components, remember to stay organized! The tracking for the return labels are automatically synced to the respective package.
