Metals and Minerals Water Test
Recommended by SimpleLab™ for basic water quality testing for a broad array of metals and minerals in drinking water. Many naturally occurring metals (such as arsenic), as well as those related to on-premise plumbing issues (such as lead) may lead to negative health outcomes. Additional, minerals may impact physical properties of water like hardness, as well as have aesthetic impacts (such as imparting taste) in water.
This testing package is ideal for specific re-testing of known concerns. For a more complete assessment of water quality, we strongly recommend a more comprehensive City or Well water testing package.
This Tap Score test package provides all required materials to properly collect and submit a water sample for certified laboratory testing. The results will include detailed, quantified analysis of common metals and minerals, as well as calculated parameters such as hardness.
Testing includes: Aluminum, Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Beryllium, Boron, Cadmium, Calcium, Chromium (Total), Cobalt, Copper, Grains per gallon, Hardness (Ca,Mg), Hardness (Total), Iron, Lead, Lithium, Magnesium, Manganese, Mercury, Molybdenum, Nickel, Phosphorous, Potassium, Selenium, Silver, Sodium, Sodium Adsorption Ratio, Strontium, Thallium, Tin, Titanium, Uranium, Vanadium, Zinc.
Report analysis includes: Health-risk assessment, potential plumbing and aesthetic issues (taste, odor, appearance), comparison to any regulatory limits and/or public health guidelines.
